Soidin Old Fashioned

Ingredients
- 4 cl Teerenpeli Soidin
- 1 cl Pedro Ximénez Sherry
- 1 barspoon demerara syrup
- Dash of Angostura bitters
Method
- Prepare demerara syrup: dissolve equal parts demerara sugar and hot water, let cool.
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add Soidin, Pedro Ximénez Sherry, syrup, and bitters.
- Stir until very cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with an orange peel.

Bramble with Soidin

Ingredients
- 3 cl Teerenpeli Soidin
- 1 cl Chambord raspberry liqueur
- 2 cl raspberry syrup
- 2 cl lemon juice
Method
- Prepare raspberry syrup: simmer equal parts sugar and water with raspberries, strain, cool.
- Fill a shaker with ice, add all ingredients.
- Shake well and double strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries or dried berry powder.

Soidin Sour

Bright, playful, and just a little cheeky – this is Teerenpeli Soidin’s way of saying “shall we dance?”. Honey softens the edges, while citrus lifts the spirit.
Ingredients
- 4 cl Teerenpeli Soidin
- 1 cl Pedro Ximénez Sherry
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl honey syrup
- Egg white or Foamee
Method
- Prepare honey syrup: stir equal parts honey and hot water until smooth.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds (this makes the foam).
- Add ice and shake again until the shaker is frosty.
- Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
- Garnish with orange zest.

Soidin Spritz

A sparkling invitation to celebrate. Cinnamon warmth, crisp prosecco bubbles, and Soidin’s soft character come together in a toast to life.
Ingredients
- 3 cl Teerenpeli Soidin
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl cinnamon syrup
- 8–10 cl prosecco
Method
- Prepare cinnamon syrup: simmer equal parts sugar and water with a cinnamon stick for 10 minutes, let cool.
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add Soidin, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup.
- Top with prosecco.
- Stir gently. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Manchild

Sweet berries, tropical fruit, and a playful sparkle – this cocktail is all about unexpected charm, just like a mischievous wink across the room.
Ingredients
- 3 cl Teerenpeli Soidin
- 1 cl Triple Sec
- 2 cl raspberry shrub
- 2 cl pineapple juice
- 1 cl citrus juice
- Dash of Peychaud’s bitters
Method
- Prepare raspberry shrub in advance, the taste takes a few hours to settle. Mix equal parts sugar and raspberries, add vinegar, let sit, strain.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add all ingredients.
- Shake hard and strain into a glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries.

Uumami That’s Sour

Ingredients
- 3 cl Teerenpeli Soidin
- 1 cl Pedro Ximénez Sherry
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl miso sugar syrup
- Egg white (or Foamee)
Method
- Prepare miso syrup: dissolve sugar in water (1:1), then blend in 10% miso paste into sugar syrup, strain, cool.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds.
- Add ice and shake again until very cold.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a Luxardo cherry on a stick.

Rusty Nail with Soidin

Ingredients
- 2 cl Teerenpeli Soidin
- 2 cl Drambuie
Method
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Pour in Soidin and Drambuie.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with a lemon twist if you like.
Jam Sour

Ingredients
- 4 cl Teerenpeli Soidin
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 1 spoonful of jam (any berry jam works)
Method
